FAQ’s What age group does RagBag work with? o RagBag’s activities are usually just for adults (18+) o sometimes we run events for specific age groups, or groups with other things in common, but this will always be made clear in the event publicity I have a disability (or health condition), can I join your activities? o we try to cater for everyone, regardless of physical ability, but if you have particular needs it is always a good idea to get in touch beforehand so that we can make appropriate adaptations to the activity.  We use various public buildings, but we try to ensure that they are accessible. Are you a drama or art therapist? o although the activities provided by RagBag Creative Projects are designed to promote enjoyment and wellbeing, they are not clinically therapeutic and I do not claim to practice as a therapist.  Do you have insurance? o We have Public Liability Insurance and are trained in First Aid and Risk Assessment. How do I book? o Our current activities are listed  here and the details of each activity contain a direct link to the booking service.  o We use  Booking Hound, a secure event ticketing company to manage our bookings, and payment is via  Stripe.  All your personal information is handled by RagBag Creative Projects and your payment information is handled securely by Stripe. o Alternatively, we can send you an invoice, in which case payment would be made by BACs transfer.
